Cascading garlands of greenery and gold are majestically nuzzled into backdrops of red, green, blue, and black.  This collection of ornaments and whimsy flanked by French topiaries and illuminated pines will have you shouting "Let them eat cake" across the sewing table.  This is your chance to learn about doing mitered borders and to practice your free motion quilting.  A machine quilting class or similar experience is a prerequisite.  Mary will instruct you on finishing the topper (44" x 44"), and then she can help with questions on finishing the runner (15" x 48") which uses a similar technique.  Your kit will contain enough fabric to do both tops and bindings.  Some beginner experience will be helpful.
